STATEMENT OF FAITH
Our practice is based on timeless principles from our faith, we believe in the power of God to heal and transform our bodies, minds, and spirits. We believe that we are fearfully and wonderfully made in God's image, and that our physical health is an essential part of our overall well-being.
We believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and that taking care of ourselves is a way to honour God's gift of life. We strive to promote self-care practices that are aligned with God's will for our lives, such as healthy eating, exercise, rest, and spiritual disciplines like prayer and meditation.
We believe that true wellness encompasses not only physical health, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being and acknowledge that we are all in need of God's grace, and we seek to create a community that supports one another in our journey towards wholeness.
Above all, we believe in the love and mercy of Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and our sicknesses on the cross. We trust in his promise of abundant life, and we seek to live out our faith through acts of compassion and service to others.
