Vibrant Midlife Afro Meals e-book
We often hear how a Mediterranean diet is helpful for hormone balance and weight management in peri/menopause and midlife women but it may not be suitable for all palates. A number of women in our community are women of African or Caribbean origin and no matter where they are based in the world, they love to eat their home foods.
When looking for a meal plan, this can prove quite challenging, as most plans do not list African foods or meals. This e-book is created to help fill this gap.
